The Bible in Historical Context
Starts February 8th.
Many passages in the Bible are hard to understand because interpretation requires some background. This course will look at biblical history, culture, archeology, and idioms that are important in understanding many passages. There has been significant progress in these areas that give us new insights into many of the scriptures. This course will mostly use recent videos to give the latest in biblical research as a basis of class discussion.
